Inventory data

After expiry of the statutory periods, the data will be deleted unless you have expressed your attunement to their further use.Your personal data, as far as it is necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the contractual relationship (inventory data), will be used exclusively for the execution of the contract. For example, your name and address must be passed on to the supplier of the goods for the delivery of those.

 

Credit check

As far as we step into advance payment, e.g. with payment on account, we may obtain a credit rating information about you.For this purpose we will forward your personal data (e.g. name and address) to this specific company. On the basis of mathematical-statistical procedures, we check how high the risk of non-payment is. We make the conclusion of the purchase contract dependent on the result of the credit check.

 

Requests

Data from enquiries via the contact form will be processed confidentially and only for the purpose of the enquiry. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. b DS-GVO. The same shall apply to such processing operations which are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, for example in cases of inquiries regarding our products or services.
